We moved to Substack!
A new era for Kawaii y Latina
If you haven’t noticed already, the whole blog has been moved over to Substack from Blogger. As much as I loved all the customizations that the old school blog site had (custom background, cute mouse cursor, music player, etc.) it was hard to format posts and photos on such an old platform. It will now be way easier for anyone to subscribe and receive updates whenever there is a new post. If you previously signed up for updates, your subscription has already moved over. ALSO, our new and immensely approved online shop is now up and running at KawaiiyLatina.shop You can now shop all the stickers and small goodies we have.
If this is your first time hearing Kawaii y Latina, it is an archive dedicated to documenting the intersection of kawaii aesthetics. Kawaii y Latina works to document the similarities and overlap between these two cultures, while creating community online. We share interviews, events and DIYs to create our own corner of the internet. Kawaii y Latina is for everyone who enjoys kawaii culture, regardless of background, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive community. Hope you join us in this new era of Kawaii y Latina!
